TERMS OF SERVICE

1. WHO YOU ARE BUYING FROM
Second Language is the trading name of Ralfs Ozolins, a sole trader in
Belgium, Bauwenberg 17, 1970 Wezembeek-Oppem. Contact:

2. WHAT THESE TERMS COVER
These terms apply to every order placed through this shop. They do not
reduce any right you have under Belgian or EU consumer law. Where they
conflict with that law, the law wins.

3. ORDERS
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract exists when we send you an order
confirmation. We may decline an order if the item cannot be produced, the
price was listed in error, or delivery is not possible to your address.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are in euros and include all taxes due. Delivery is charged separately
and shown before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout by Shopify Payments.

5. DELIVERY
Garments are printed to order in Germany and shipped from there. Printing
takes 1 to 3 business days and delivery within the EU a further 5 to 10.
These are estimates, not guarantees. If your order has not arrived within 30
days of the confirmation, tell us and we will replace it or refund you.

6. YOUR RIGHT TO CHANGE YOUR MIND
You may cancel within 14 days of receiving the parcel, for any reason,
without giving one. The full terms are in our refund policy, which forms part
of these terms. Return postage is yours to pay, as stated there before you buy.

7. IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE SHIRT
Separately from clause 6, you have a legal guarantee of conformity for two
years from delivery. If the garment is faulty, not as described, or does not
last as reasonably expected, you may ask for repair, replacement, a price
reduction or a refund. This right is free and cannot be signed away.

For printing faults, manufacturing defects and transit damage, we go further:
tell us within 30 days and a replacement is sent free with nothing to send
back.

Normal wear, damage from washing against the care instructions, and ordinary
fading over time are not defects.

8. WHAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR
We are responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaking
these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for
business losses, as this shop sells to consumers only.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our
negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. YOUR DATA
We collect your name, address, email and order details to fulfil your order,
and share them with Shopify and Printify for that purpose only. Full detail
is in our privacy policy.

10. THE DESIGNS
The designs, photographs and text on this site belong to Second Language. You
may not reproduce them commercially. Buying a shirt buys you the shirt.

11. LAW AND DISPUTES
Belgian law applies, and Belgian courts have jurisdiction. As a consumer you
keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and may
bring proceedings there.

Before going to court, you may contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service
(Service de Médiation pour le Consommateur / Consumentenombudsdienst),
North Gate II, Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8, 1000 Brussels.

12. CHANGES
We may change these terms. The version in force when you order is the one
that applies to your order.
